The Canada Toy Safety Standards had been revised as SOR/2011-17 under Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).
     The main content of SOR/2011-17 as follows: the requirements of labeling, electrical hazards, mechanical hazards, thermal hazards, toxic hazards and specific products (Including doll, plush toys and soft toys, push/pull toys , water color which applied by finger, bell, etc.).
    Migration of 7 elements (Pb, Hg, Sb, As, Ba, Cd, Se) are stipulated in this standard, in which Hg shall not be detected. The limits of soluble metal of Sb, As, Ba and Se are 1000mg/kg and the total lead contenct in surface coating shall not exceed 90mg/kg.
